Duke’s Environmental Law and Policy Clinic worked with nonprofits to design the fiscal and regulatory framework for implementing a new state rule requiring testing for and removal of lead in drinking and cooking water in childcare centers and pre-K programs
Free legal clinics for the community offered by Duke Law School. Last year, law volunteers provided 25,423 hours of public service to individuals and organizations seeking pro bono services.
