Choice Neighborhoods HUD Grant

Eviction Diversion Program
The Durham Eviction Diversion Program is a partnership of our Legal Aid NC, Duke Law’s Civil Justice Clinic and the Durham Department of Social Services.

Habitat for Humanity
Each year several Duke departments and groups sponsor and help build new Habitat homes. This includes the student Duke Habitat for Humanity club, Duke Chapel, Duke Health, Department of Neurology and Duke University Hospital, and the Duke Office of Durham and Community Affairs.

Home Repair Fund
Duke contributes to Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repairs Fund to help existing homeowners to remain in place.
